After discussing all your requirements, our team members will provide you with your tailor-made tour package proposal, and within the frame of 24 hours you will receive a complete proposal with a proper itinerary covering all the information about the Hotels, destination, services provided by the team and the fees. Advertise and Broadcast

After having proper satisfaction from our proposal, you can then begin advertising and broadcasting the tour to the students, players and other concerned parties. Our CSS India team will come to your school or club to present the tour package and an adventure attached to it directly to the students for a hassle-free tour planning stages. Our presentation will cover all the queries related to the tour and will be answering all the concerned questions by the parents or students. After this, our team will prepare and forward you the customized documents which consist of:

• A Letter template which to be send out to parents
• A full PPT Presentation containing all our tour information

 Confirmation

Following the advertising stage then comes to our Confirmation stage. Once you’re happy and want to confirm your tour, you’ll be required to inform our tour leader. From here we will assemble all the information related to the service level agreement which will be sent to you for signing immediately at the end of the process. This service level agreement will carry all the tour information which consist of services provided, payment plan and all the terms and conditions attached to the tour. Our fee is designed around the needs and standards of our clients. After the 20 % deposit within 3 weeks of tour confirmation, and the final balance are being paid 8 weeks prior to the tour, we will let you decide the instalments plan and payment dates.

Your service level agreement will be sent to you via “docusign”. This method is an extremely easy way of signing important documents. Once you are satisfied with all the provided information, you can simply click the required field on the document which will then be sent back to us, confirming your tour.

• Team Details Form

You will be informed of the important dates in which we need to receive all the relevant information in your service level agreement.

You will be delivered your final itinerary, boarding passes and any other required documents 2 weeks prior to your tour. From here all you have to do is sit back and look forward to your tour! A CSS India team member will meet you at the airport prior to departure to ensure that you check in without any glitch, and then wave you off for your tour.
